The experience is not up to the mark being a 5 star hotel. Soon after check in, we have noticed that flush water of commodore is not going properly and complained to maintenance immediately. They said that is how it would be and no need to repair, which was really not acceptable and unfair. Even 2 star hotels provide a good service in this aspect. Overall it’s not a good experience..

It was always nice visit to hotel raddison varanasi it has an nice ambience and hospitality , staff were well dressed . Especially east west food menu is good must try sizzler and curry patta paneer in dinner . Rooms are well maintained you can enjoy your trip
